Tickets are valid on ANY day from date of purchase until end of season. There is no need to book for a specific date or time.

​We offer a reduced-price £6.25 carer ticket for those visiting alongside the person they are caring for. The individual being cared for must purchase a standard ticket.

​To access this rate, please ensure you bring valid proof to present at the door. Accepted forms of documentation include:

  • ​Access Card (Nimbus Card)
  • ​A valid Carer Card
  • ​A PIP (Personal Independence Payment) letter
  • ​A DLA (Disability Living Allowance) letter

​Please note:

  • ​A Blue Badge is not accepted as valid proof for this discount.
  • ​If no eligible documentation is provided upon arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full admission price.
